What is Embodiment? I get this question all the t What is Embodiment? I get this question all the time from clients. And the best answer I have is to watch a child playing. They are present, engaged, at one with their bodies and their instincts and ALWAYS in the process of navigating their desire. Where to they want to go? What do they want to do? What do they want to have? What are they experiencing? Embodiment is a mindset of present, purpose and engagement with the world. When have you felt "Embodied"? What were you doing?

This is one of the first automated workflows I set up in my business and it allowed me to create a professional, welcoming experience for new clients that set the relationship up for success. Here are the three elements that are a must have in a welcome sequence for coaches, healers and movement therapists. ❤️ An onboarding email that thanks them, clearly outlines what comes next and reminds them of the details of their purchase. ❤️ A follow up email to see if they have any questions and to make sure you have your appointment scheduled and have access to their online products. ❤️ A special thank you card in the mail! This is something I started doing in my business a few years ago and it is a special touch that creates a connection from the start.
